Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage painting operations at site, ensuring quality control and adherence to project timelines.
Oversee surface preparation, coating inspection, color matching, shade matching, color correction, and quality control processes.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to painting operations.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure high-quality workmanship.

Desired Candidate Profile

8-13 years of experience in industrial painting or a related field.
Strong knowledge of surface preparation techniques (blasting, sanding) and coating systems (epoxy, polyurethane).
Excellent color matching and shading skills for accurate color reproduction.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
