Shahi Exports Pvt. Ltd., India's largest apparel manufacturer, is hiring an experienced Production Manager for its Denim Division at the Electronic City, Bangalore unit.

What You'll Do

• Lead the daily operations across denim production lines.
• Manage production planning, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with merchandising, quality assurance, and maintenance teams.
• Drive process improvements through lean manufacturing and efficiency initiatives.
• Motivate and guide line teams to achieve performance and compliance goals.
• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions for consistent output.

What Were Looking For

• 10-15 years of experience in denim garment manufacturing.
• Minimum 5 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Degree or diploma in Textile Engineering, Garment Technology, or related field.
• Proven ability to manage large teams and handle high-volume production units.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Kannada (mandatory); Hindi and English proficiency is a plus.
