🚀 We’re Hiring: Production Manager – VSN PlastoPacks | Plastic Packaging Industry
VSN PlastoPacks, a rapidly growing manufacturer of Plastic Bottles, Caps & Closures, is looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead our factory operations and drive manufacturing excellence.🔧 Key Responsibilities● Oversee end-to-end factory floor operations and manage large production teams● Lead and optimise processes across Extrusion Blow Moulding (EBM), Injection Blow Moulding (IBM), and Injection Moulding● Supervise mould changeovers, machine settings, maintenance coordination & ensure minimal downtime● Plan daily/weekly production schedules, manage inventory, and ensure timely dispatches (especially during peak season)● Work closely with vendors, service engineers, and transporters for smooth operations● Maintain quality standards, safety compliance, and warehouse organisation🎯 What We’re Looking For1. Proven experience in the plastics / packaging / container manufacturing industry2. Strong understanding of PET, HDPE, PP and related polymers3. Hands-on exposure to moulds, industrial fittings, and modern manufacturing technologies4. Strong leadership and team-handling skills5. Excellent communication skills (written & verbal), including email etiquette6. MS Excel proficiency is a plus7.
