Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a CRM Sales Manager at our New Delhi location. The CRM Sales Manager will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing customer relationships, driving sales, and managing customer data using CRM software. Day-to-day tasks include developing sales strategies, interacting with clients, overseeing project management from consultation to completion, and analyzing customer feedback to improve services. The role requires close collaboration with the design and project management teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project delivery excellence. Qualifications Sales and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) skills Analytical Skills and Project Management experience Communication skills for effective client interaction and team coordination Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Experience in the furniture and interiors industry is a plus Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously Show more Show less
