🪑 Sales Manager – Furniture & Interior Solutions

Sales Manager


🎯 Key Responsibilities:

🔸 Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement short and long-term sales strategies to meet company objectives across B2C and B2B segments.
  • Plan and execute seasonal sales campaigns (e.g., Diwali offers, festive bulk sales, corporate gifting).
  • Manage pricing, discount structures, and target forecasting.

🔸 B2B & Institutional Sales

  • Identify and develop relationships with key clients in hospitality, corporate, co-working spaces, builders, architects, and interior designers.
  • Prepare and pitch proposals for large-scale projects (turnkey furniture/interior solutions).
  • Negotiate contracts and oversee end-to-end deal closures.

🔸 Team Management

  • Lead, mentor, and monitor performance of sales executives and business development teams.
  • Conduct training and skill development sessions.
  • Set monthly and quarterly targets and track KPIs.

🔸 Customer Relationship & After-Sales

  • Maintain strong relationships with high-value customers and corporate accounts.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business through follow-ups, feedback loops, and CRM use.

🔸 Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and customer behavior.
  • Generate reports on sales performance, conversion rates, and lead quality.
  • Provide feedback to marketing and product teams for continuous improvement.


✅ Key Skills Required:

  • Strong experience in B2B sales, institutional sales, or project-based furniture sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce) and Excel for reporting.
  • Ability to lead teams and drive performance.
  • Knowledge of furniture materials, design trends, and customization workflows is a plus.


🎓 Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field.
  • MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in furniture/interiors/hardware/building material sales.
