Production Manager

Key Responsibilities

Plan, schedule, and supervise production activities.
Optimize resources (machines, manpower, materials) and implement lean practices.
Monitor quality standards, reduce defects, and ensure compliance.
Lead and develop production teams through training and performance management.
Manage cost control, inventory, procurement, and vendor relations.
Support R&D projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Prepare production reports (WIP, MES, MOR) for decision-making.

Requirements

Bachelor’s in mechanical/production/industrial engineering (preferred).
3+ years of production management experience (EV industry experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, quality control, and cost optimization.
Proficiency in ERP/MES tools and MS Office.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
