The Quality In-Charge is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the quality of products in the manufacturing of automobile cooling devices (e.g., radiators, condensers, intercoolers). This role involves implementing quality standards, conducting inspections, managing audits, and working closely with production teams to ensure all products meet industry and customer specifications. Strong knowledge of quality tools (7 QC tools, FMEA, 5 Why, Root Cause Analysis). Familiarity with ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 standards.
