Production Manager

Supervise day-to-day production activities on the shop floor to achieve daily/weekly targets.
Ensure smooth workflow in radiator assembly, brazing, welding, painting, testing, and packaging sections.Allocate manpower effectively across different operations for maximum productivity.Monitor machine performance, ensure preventive maintenance, and coordinate with maintenance team for breakdowns.Maintain production records, shift reports, and ensure proper documentation.Enforce quality standards (process checks, inspections, testing) to minimize rework and rejection.Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free shop floor.Train and guide operators/workmen for skill development and process improvements.Coordinate with planning, quality, and stores departments for material availability and smooth production flow.Implement lean manufacturing practices, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.Handle shop floor discipline, resolve worker grievances, and maintain harmony.Support management in achieving cost reduction, efficiency improvement, and productivity enhancement goals.

Strong knowledge of aluminum & copper brazing, core assembly, tube-fin manufacturing, and related processes.
Hands-on experience with production planning tools and ERP systems.Good leadership, team handling, and problem-solving skills.
