Role & Product Design & Development: Lead the design of new valves, fittings, and tube components using 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks), from concept and prototyping to final production release. Engineering Analysis: Perform advanced simulations, including Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to validate structural integrity under pressure and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) to optimize flow paths and minimize pressure drop. Manufacturing & Drawings: Create and review detailed 2D manufacturing drawings, ensuring rigorous application of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) .
