Key Verticals: -Skill Based Education: Industry-oriented training and certification programs in EV, Renewable Energy, Mechatronics, AI, etc. -Research & Innovation: Hands-on labs and R&D centers for real-time product development and innovation. -Centers of Excellence (COE): Establishing fully equipped labs with academic institutions, industries, and government agencies. -B2G, Industry & CSR Collaborations: Partnership with Ministries, PSUs, Skill Development Missions, and NGOs for large-scale training and impact programs. -International Events & Competitions: Hosting Asia’s largest E-Mobility Championship and innovation contests. Key Responsibilities: -Lead partnerships with Government bodies, PSUs, and Skill Missions. -Design and execute Skilling, Re-Skilling & Up-Skilling programs. -Draft and submit proposals for RFPs, EOIs, tenders, and MoUs. -Establish/Setup the COEs for EV Technology, Solar Technologies, Drone Technology, AR/VR, IOT & Embedded etc. -Coordinate with internal teams for project planning and reporting. -Represent ISIEINDIA in government and institutional meetings. Qualifications: - B.Tech in Engineering (preferred); MBA is a plus. -2–3 years of relevant experience in B2G partnerships or government project execution. -Familiarity with Government portals, schemes, and EduTech projects. -Strong proposal writing, documentation, and communication skills. -Experience working with B2G, Industry Alliance, CSR teams, NGOs, or COEs is desirable.
