About the Role

We are looking for passionate and experienced professionals to join our modular furniture manufacturing team in Bhiwandi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising/managing production operations, ensuring quality, optimizing resources, and maintaining safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of production staff (machine operators, assemblers, carpenters, and line workers).
• Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and deadlines.
• Plan resource allocation (manpower, machinery, materials) effectively.
• Oversee machine setup, operations, and preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels (raw material, WIP, and finished goods).
• Ensure adherence to quality standards in all manufacturing processes.
• Drive continuous improvement, implement lean manufacturing principles, and reduce wastage.
• Maintain safety protocols and conduct regular safety audits.
• Collaborate with design, logistics, sales, and quality assurance teams for seamless operations.
• Track and control production costs within budget.
• Provide regular reports to senior management on performance, efficiency, and challenges.
• Develop supplier/vendor relationships to ensure smooth sourcing of raw materials.
