Key Responsibility Area

Production Planning

• Analyse production requirements.
• Prepare dossier QAP, Material history chart
• Prepare production planning report & L3 status report.
• Prepare Stages and Final Inspection reports.
• Allocate resources and manpower effectively.

Fabrication & Buffing Process management

• Implement - quality control checks at each fabrication stage.
• Train and supervise fabrication staff in quality standards.
• Identify and address process inefficiencies impacting quality & production
• Monitor machinery and equipment for maintenance needs.
• Optimize buffing processes for efficiency and finish quality and carryout regular training

Final Assembly & Testing

• Coordinate assembly line workflow and tasks
• Ensure availability of assembly components and materials.
• Monitor assembly line workers for adherence to standards
• Internal Inspection / FAT
• Prepare bought out item list.
• Prepare internal inspection reports of bought out items & job.
• Liaising with AI & TPI.
• Schedule the FAT as per approved drawing. 
• FAT MOM Points
• Attend MOM points.
• QC documents as per MOM points.
• Schedule ReFAT date & communicate with Project department

Inventory Management and Cost Control WIP

• Track raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods
• Implement efficient inventory replenishment practices
• Collaborate with procurement for timely material procurement
• Analyse production costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.

Safety and Compliance

• Enforce safety protocols and conduct safety training.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations
