Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for an Experienced Production Manager to execute and manage daily production operations for a home textile production unit situated in Dewas District. The role requires ensuring timely, cost effective and quality production of products and managing machinery & manpower to its full potential.

The ideal candidate will be hands-on with strong ownership and have a strong background in both manufacturing processes and good understanding of commercial operations such as production costing and customer coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Production Management:

● Plan, coordinate and control manufacturing processes to ensure products are produced efficiently, on time, within budget, and to the quality standard.

● Monitor production KPIs and implement continuous improvement strategies.

● Ensure machinery and equipment are maintained to meet production requirements

● Maintain strict adherence to quality and safety standards.

● Oversee workforce planning and supervise production staff.

● Shift related management. Will able to create a hierarchy between employees and management

● Troubleshoot production issues and work closely with maintenance and quality teams.

2. Commercial Operations:

● Handle costing and budgeting of products and projects.

● Liaisoning with clients/customers regarding order fulfillment, timelines, and invoicing.

● Monitor inventory levels, stock reconciliation, and ensure optimal inventory turnover.

● Coordinate logistics for inbound and outbound shipments.

Qualifications & Experience

● 5+ years of experience in production roles in the Textile Industry. Commercial experience, preferred not mandatory

● Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing setup. Preferably Man-made Fibers, Technical textiles and Madeups or Home textile category

● Sound understanding of supply chain, procurement, and production planning.

● Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Commerce, or related field

● Knowledge of operating ERP systems

● Knowledge of quality control and safety standards.

● Strong organizational and leadership abilities.

● Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

● Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

● Analytical mindset with a problem-solving attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,377.57 - ₹85,032.60 per month
