Initial validation of Production Wok Orders (Standard Operation Instructions format), Specific Technical Instructions (IT) and Validation & Verification Instructions (IV) covering FAL stations (major MCA joints, system installations and testing). Validate the correct status of the key characteristics and parameters of the production means and Jigs & Tools. Optimization of WOs, ITs and/or IVs Registration, management, and control of observed discrepancies and associated corrective actions until closure. Coordination with MAP or MRB. Support for training of the new team members. Support in the execution and validation of the instructions -through a Computer Aided Support Testing- of the appropriate functionality of the aircraft ATA systems. Troubleshoot as needed. Interface with structural design and Stress team when needed. Interface with Safety organization if required. Coordination with aircraft interiors team Thorough understanding of the regulatory and certification requirements Working in a multifunctional, multicultural, and transnational team Improve progressive understanding of aircraft systems and related processes. ATA specific Systems understanding to support installation, operation, and validation Experience in working in OEMs Final Assembly Lines (FALs) or Aircraft Systems related Tier-1s. Working experience on specific applicable ATA Systems Conversant with OEM methods, processes & terminologies Knowledge of virtual and digital contexts. PLM, cloud, Software Management & Model Based System Engineering (MBSE) would be considered. Configuration control tools knowledge. Knowledge of certification analysis methods and procedures. FAA/EASA/Part 25/MILS-STD regulations knowledge Ability for concurrence with other areas: services (Service Bulletins, Technical Publications, industrialization)

Key Responsibilities: Production Process Management: Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily production operations for electronics assembly (SMT, THT, final assembly). Develop and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement. Technical Support: Provide technical support to operators and maintenance teams. Troubleshoot issues related to PCB assembly, soldering, component placement, and testing. Assist in the implementation of new products (NPI) into production lines. Quality and Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001, IPC-A-610, RoHS). Collaborate with the Quality team to investigate and resolve production defects and customer complaints. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Continuous Improvement: Lead lean manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives to reduce waste and improve productivity. Participate in Kaizen events and suggest improvements to layout, equipment, and workflow. Analyze production data and implement improvements based on findings. Equipment and Materials: Recommend and help procure manufacturing equipment, jigs, and fixtures. Oversee preventive maintenance schedules for production machinery. Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure timely availability of materials and components. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors Degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Experience: 2–5 years of experience in a production engineering role within an electronics or EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) company. Skills: Strong knowledge of electronics manufacturing processes (SMT, THT, soldering, testing). Familiarity with ESD safety practices and IPC standards. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and project management abilities.

Responsible for machines up time improvement Daily breakdown analysis & action plan Spares planning & procurement follow up PM plan & execution Maintain and control rejection due to machines Maintain Area and Manage 6S Interaction with vendors for spares localization. Ensure all functions as per EHS guidelines and provide Safety training to maintenance operators. Preferred candidate profile Basic Siemens & Mitsubishi PLC programming & troubleshooting, Basic Mechanical & hydraulic trouble shooting knowledge.

Analyze existing final assembly processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose/implement solutions to improve efficiency, reduce cycle times, and minimize waste. Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions for final assembly tasks. Utilize lean manufacturing methodologies (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, Poka-Yoke) to drive continuous improvement. Work closely with the Quality team to establish and maintain quality standards for final assembled products. Provide immediate technical support to assembly line operators, resolving day-to-day production issues quickly and effectively. Monitor production output and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to final assembly (e.g., first-pass yield, rework rate, cycle time).
