Production Manager

Role Overview: You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day production operations of the Frozen Foods Division at Keerthi Agro Mills Pvt. Ltd. You will play a key role in ensuring product quality, meeting production targets, and enhancing operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, organise, and control production operations to meet daily and monthly targets in the Frozen Division. - Ensure compliance with food safety, FSSAI, and quality assurance standards throughout the production process. - Manage workforce scheduling, including shift planning and performance monitoring. - Collaborate with the Quality Control, Maintenance, and Supply Chain departments to facilitate smooth operations. - Maintain production records, yield reports, wastage analysis, and downtime logs. - Provide training and development opportunities to production staff to uphold high performance and safety standards.
