Production Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Planning & Scheduling:

  Develop and implement production plans, manage machine utilization, optimize setups/changeovers, and ensure on-time delivery.

• Strong Knowledge on Plastic processing and types of plastic:

  Drive continuous improvement (CI) using Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and automation (Robotics) to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and enhance productivity.

• Manpower Handling;

  To Handle a team of 50 plus in Asst Manager level, Executive level machine supervisors, and operators.

• Quality Assurance:

  Implement and enforce strict quality control measures, ensuring products meet specifications and safety norms; utilize vision systems for quality checks.

• Team Leadership & Training:

  Manage, motivate, and train operators, technicians, and supervisors on processes, safety, and new technologies.

• Mould and Machine Injection Moulding, Extrusion Blow Moulding, Injection Stretch Blow Moulding:

  Oversee maintenance, setup, and efficient operation of injection moulding machines, moulds, and auxiliary equipment (robots, laser cutters).

• Cost Control:

  Manage resources, identify bottlenecks, optimize material usage, and control costs to meet financial goals.

• Safety & Compliance:

  Ensure a safe working environment and adherence to all safety regulations and company policies.

• Cross-functional Collaboration:

  Work with engineering, maintenance, and supply chain teams to resolve issues and implement improvements.
