Job Title: Sales & Business Development Dahej Plant

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for industrial drums (HDP) and packaging solutions in the chemical, agrochemical, lubricants, and FMCG sectors.
• Manage and grow relationships with existing customers by ensuring timely service, product quality, and fulfilment of orders.
• Achieve sales targets through proactive market visits, client meetings, and effective follow-up.
• Conduct regular market research to identify new segments, upcoming projects, and competitors’ activities in the region.
• Coordinate with plant operations, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth order execution and timely delivery.
• Prepare and negotiate quotations, proposals, and contracts in line with company policies.
• Collect customer feedback and communicate insights to the management for product improvement or innovation.
• Support credit control activities by ensuring timely payments from customers.
• Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Qualification:

  Graduate / MBA in Marketing, Sales, or related discipline.

• Experience:

  8-10 years in B2B industrial sales — preferably in packaging or drums industries.
• Person staying near Dahej/Ankles will be preferred.

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong relationship management and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and handle client accounts end-to-end.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Must possess a valid driving license and willingness to travel locally.
