Sales and Business Development Manager

We are looking forward for a good and experienced candidate for the position of Sales and Business Development Manager (B2B Sales) role.

Location:- Mumbai.

CTC:- Open.

Role and Responsibilities :- 

This role will be responsible for

• Identify new customers and business opportunities in the bio-pharma segment.
• Attending customer complaints and queries.
• Monitor and report the activities of competitors and customer feedback to shape strategy.
• Work in liaison with technical personnel to make product presentations to customers.
• Sending quotations and follow-up.
• Liaison with accounts department for timely payment realizations.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions through CRM tools.
• Travel within India to interact with customers.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to B2B sales in Bio-Pharma segment.
• Well-developed interpersonal skills & analytical abilities
• Drive & passion to take up challenges.
• Knowledge of merchandising techniques
• Knowledge of Computers software like M.S Office
• Familiarity with multiple languages would be an added advantage

Experience

Minimum 2 - 6 Years of relevant experience in a similar role.
