Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager located in Kochi. The Production Manager will oversee the production process, manage staff, plan and organize production schedules, and ensure the efficient use of resources. Responsibilities include monitoring production standards, implementing quality control programs, and coordinating with other departments to ensure timely delivery. The manager will also be responsible for troubleshooting any production issues and ensuring all safety protocols are followed.

Qualifications

• Experience in overseeing production processes and managing a production team
• Skills in planning, organizing, and prioritizing production schedules and workflows
• Knowledge of quality control procedures and safety standards in manufacturing
• Strong problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot production issues effectively
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with various departments and stakeholders
• Ability to work on-site in Kochi
• Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience with video analytics or IoT devices is a plus
