Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Plan production activities to meet customer requirements, ensuring timely delivery of products.
Develop and implement effective production plans, including daily production planning and line balancing.
Manage manpower handling, quality management, rejection control, and SAP implementation for efficient operations.
Implement Kaizen initiatives to improve productivity and reduce waste in the manufacturing process.
Ensure compliance with safety standards by maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Strong knowledge of Production planning and process control.
Monitor production KPI's, analyze variances and take corrective actions for process optimizations.
Hands on experience with SAP/ERP systems for production tracking and reporting.
