Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Conduct quality audits, inspections, and investigations to ensure compliance with customer requirements and company standards.
Identify and implement corrective actions (CAPAs) to address non-conformities found during audits or inspections.
Develop and maintain procedures for fabrication, press shop, sheet metal, and other manufacturing processes to ensure quality control.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to product design, production planning, and supply chain management.
Provide training on quality assurance principles, best practices, and regulatory requirements to employees at all levels.

Desired Candidate Profile

5-10 years of experience in a similar role within the automotive industry.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) from a recognized university.
Strong understanding of QMS (Quality Management System), ISO 9001:2015 standard.
Proficiency in tools such as APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning), PPAP (Production Part Approval Process).
