Production Control & Monitoring: • Track daily, weekly, and monthly production performance. • Analyze deviations in production targets and take corrective actions. • Ensure adherence to quality standards and minimize rework/rejections. • Implement and improve production control systems for efficiency. Coordination & Communication: • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, QC, Purchase, Logistics) to ensure smooth operations. • Communicate production plans, changes, and priorities to all stakeholders. • Conduct regular review meetings for production updates and issue resolution. Process Improvement & Reporting: • Identify areas for process optimization and efficiency improvement. • Implement best practices in PPC to reduce lead times and improve productivity. • Generate and analyze reports on production performance, material usage, and efficiency.
