Production Manager

Pre-Requisites:

· Experience of handling/ managing production lines

· Conversant with manufacturing processes like CNC Turning, Punching, Milling, Grinding & Heat Treatment.

Key Responsibilities:

· To establish, operate & maintain CVJ component manufacturing section

· To monitor and achieve plant production and quality targets

· To ensure achievement of production as per the plan by efficiently utilizing the Machines and Manpower

· To carry out planning activities for Man, Machine, Material and Method required to execute production plan for manufacturing process like CNC Turning, Punching, Milling, Grinding & Heat Treatment.

· To adhere to Quality Management System requirements and ensure production of quality products

· To maintain the production area in a presentable state in terms of Safety, Ergonomics and 5S

· To motivate, train and ensure performance of the production team

· To review and present key performance levels of processes/ performance parameters related to Production

· To effectively implement improvement projects related to PQCDSM

· To support GM Operations/ Manager Quality Systems during customer visits/ audits

· To plan and execute performance improvements projects

· To review/ assess competency and skill levels for all production employees and ensure development plan for each employee

· To ensure adherence of all Company level policies and statutory requirements

Key Authorities:

· Finalize recruitment/ candidate till Operator level

· Approve requisition of Consumables

· Relocation/ movement of people within the production line

· Approval of leave for reportees/ operators

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
