Ltd. is looking for a sharp, execution-driven Production Manager to lead operations at our agile, innovation-first F&B manufacturing facility. We’re building the future of packaged food—modern formats, premium ingredients, bold thinking—and we need someone who can make the factory floor run like clockwork. Key Responsibilities Production & Packaging Operations • Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules aligned to demand forecasts and inventory targets • Supervise floor operations to ensure on-time output, resource optimization, and compliance with production KPIs Inventory & Material Coordination • Ensure timely availability of raw and packaging materials through cross-functional coordination with procurement and stores • Optimize inventory usage, reduce wastage, and eliminate stockouts or production delays Quality Assurance & Compliance • Enforce GMP, GHP, and FSSAI-aligned safety protocols across the facility • Manage batch-wise QC checks, audit readiness, and documentation in collaboration with the QSHE team New Product Development (NPD) Integration • Lead scale-up of lab-developed formulations to commercial production runs • Plan, document, and troubleshoot pilot and commercial trials with R&D and process teams Team & Performance Management • Lead and coach a team of operators and technicians to drive productivity, discipline, and continuous improvement • Set process-wise KPIs and implement lean practices to maximize labor efficiency and shift yields ERP & Data Systems • Operate ERP tools to ensure accurate tracking of production, inventory, and QC • Analyze real-time production data to support reporting, reviews, and decision-making Candidate Profile • 4–8 years in food production (beverages, sauces, condiments, or similar categories preferred) • Strong grasp of plant operations, ERP systems, and quality systems such as HACCP, ISO, FSSAI • Degree in Food Technology, Engineering, or related discipline Show more Show less
