Your role will include planning, coordinating, and monitoring production processes, ensuring quality standards, maintaining production schedules, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, process-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. JOB DESCRIPTION : Supervise daily production operations to ensure timely and efficient output. Coordinate with the production team, quality control, and maintenance departments. Monitor production processes and implement improvements for efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Maintain records of production output, raw material usage, and downtime. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards on the shop floor. Prepare daily/weekly production reports and share with management. Manage manpower allocation and ensure effective utilization of labour and machinery. Assist in resolving production-related issues and grievances on the shop floor. Support in training workers on new processes and machines. Qualification: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering. Required Skills: Good communication skills (Gujarati, Hindi, English) Knowledge of production planning, inventory control, and shop floor  management Familiarity with MS Excel, ERP systems, and production reporting Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets Energetic, positive attitude, and goal-driven. Relevant Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing/industrial setup in a similar role. CTC per annum: 3 to 3.60 LPA Total Experience: Experience and fresher.
