You will be responsible for handling sales data, lead entries, CRM updates, and ensuring smooth communication with clients. This position requires someone who is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and highly organized. Job Description: Accurately enter and update sales and production data into CRM and other internal systems. Maintain and organize digital records of leads, clients, and transactions Prepare daily/weekly reports for the Production, sales and management teams Ensure data integrity and confidentiality of sensitive business information Support administrative tasks related to production, sales team’s Qualification: Minimum HSC or Graduate in any stream Required Skills: Basic communication skills in English and local language Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and CRM software Strong typing speed and accuracy Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Relevant Experience: Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or in a similar administrative role.
