This includes machinery, control panels, wiring, lighting, and power systems to ensure uninterrupted plant operations. JOB DESCRIPTION : Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in machines and plant equipment Troubleshoot electrical faults in production machinery, panels, and wiring systems Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize machine downtime Ensure proper functioning of control panels, motor starters, MCBs, and other electrical devices. Maintain accurate records of all electrical maintenance work. Adhere to all safety procedures and electrical compliance standards Coordinate with the maintenance and production team to resolve urgent issues. Support during audits and ensure timely documentation. Qualification: ITI or Diploma in Electrical Engineering Required Skills: Strong knowledge of 3-phase systems, motor connections, and industrial wiring. Ability to read and understand electrical drawings Familiarity with control panels, sensors, relays, and PLC basics Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Physically fit and able to work in a factory environment Willingness to work extended hours or shifts, if required Relevant Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in electrical maintenance at a manufacturing plant.
