The ideal candidate should be tech-savvy, organized, and driven to convert leads into business. JOB DESCRIPTION:     Handle leads from IndiaMART, Google, and other platforms.      Conduct cold calling and cold emailing to potential customers.       Respond to client calls, messages, and emails promptly.       Maintain and update CRM system with all lead and client data.       Follow-up with the buyers for orders and timely payments. Generate daily/weekly reports of sales activity and lead status.  Maintain proper record of all conversations and next steps. Qualification:     MBA (Marketing) will be preferred. Required Skills:       Good communication (English, Hindi, Gujarati) Experience in cold calling and lead follow-up Basic knowledge of IndiaMART, CRM tools, Google Sheets Ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups with discipline Energetic, positive attitude, and goal-driven.
