Job Description

1) For new project fabrication parts to be ready after receipt of Scope. 2) Stock checking of project material. 3) Preparation of material indent for shortage material. 4) After receipt of Laser cutting material first priority to take available material for fabrication process. 5) Provide Material Issue Slip (Processing /Hardware /Bought out/Consumable) to stores. 6) All Material check for bending correctness (Moc up Assly) 7) Dis Assly material for powder coating. 8) Takeout the Assembly material for assembly as per project List. 9) For packing pallets – Checking & prepare Requisition of Raw material of rectangle tube with Plywood. 10) Packing of finish goods. 11) If no Project work, all the employees should be for balance material checking and arrangement in rack. 12) All the tools and tackle will be returned to stores after completion of project work. 13) List of machines and maintenance of machines-list and maintains of machine is to be maintain by production department. 14) Machine maintains & Updation chart to be prepare. 15) Fabricated material to be return to stores after completion of work. 16) Finished goods i. e. Rib / Pully / Bottom Flat / Hardening buckets / Stud.
