Role Overview:

A website manager would contribute to the growth of our D2C revenue and optimization of the

platform conversion rate. The individual is responsible for ensuring high quality and timely updates

on the brand website.

Job responsibilities -

- Manage website operations for eCommerce including optimization of current listings on Shopify through pricing changes, content optimisation for both user experience and SEO

- Own the process of taking sale properties live on the website and app, even solving for implementation of certain offers by looking for plugins or native Shopify functionalities

- Keep a check to avoid abuse of discount codes and accordingly test al use cases of new discount

codes and deactivate older ones as per business requirement

- Responsible for individual and bulk listing of new products for product catalogue updation

including syncing of inventory, addition of mandatory product specifications and creatives in line with website design language

- Keep a consistent check on the PDP content and suggest interventions to improve customer

experience and drive engagement

- Updating and raising alarm, if required, on daily funnel data to keep a check on the website’s daily

performance and quality of traffic coming in from multiple sources

- Carry out frequent sanity checks for the catalogue images as per image guidelines and the content for each month’s focus products as per category guidelines

- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders including the design team, category management team, 3rd party tech agencies and other internal and external stakeholders as per requirements

- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, mandilions and monitor competitor websites

- Product UAT sign-off before major releases and own basic backlog grooming.

- Coordinate with development teams to implement features and resolve bugs on both our Shopify storefront and React Native app.
