About the Role: Strategic Planning Develop and implement comprehensive growth marketing strategies aligned with company objectives. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and set performance targets for marketing campaigns. Responsibilities: Plan, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various paid advertising channels, including Google Ads and Facebook Ads. Ensure campaigns are aligned with overall marketing objectives and brand guidelines. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, product, and sales, to ensure marketing efforts are cohesive and aligned with business goals. Coordinate with other marketing functions, such as SEO, social media, and email marketing, for integrated campaign execution. Provide regular reports and insights on the performance of marketing campaigns. Recommend actionable improvements based on data analysis to enhance campaign effectiveness. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Use data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. Continuously optimize landing pages, user flows, and conversion paths to improve conversion rates and customer acquisition. Manage marketing budgets effectively, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure campaigns are within budget while delivering desired results. Prioritize customer satisfaction by understanding their needs and striving to exceed their expectations in all marketing initiatives. Qualifications: 5–7 years of experience in performance marketing. Preferred experience in E-commerce, Healthcare, or Nutraceutical industries. Demonstrated experience managing a monthly marketing budget of at least ₹1.5 Crores. Strong understanding of paid advertising principles and platforms. Creative mindset with the ability to contribute innovative ideas and overcome challenges. Proficient in articulating ideas clearly and communicating with relevant stakeholders. Excellent proficiency in Excel and strong analytical capabilities to interpret data and drive insights.
