Responsibilities Lead discovery initiatives, market research, and user feedback loops to define trader personas, behaviors, and platform needs across regions and devices Develop and maintain a strategic product roadmap aligned with business goals, regulatory considerations, and evolving user expectations Drive product development by owning the backlog, defining epics and stories, and prioritizing features in close collaboration with development, design, marketing, and trading teams Translate platform vision into detailed user stories, workflows, wireframes, and collaborate with development teams on technical requirements and solution design Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including release planning, UAT facilitation, and post-release monitoring Analyze product performance and user engagement data to inform future releases, optimize platform features, and identify new growth opportunities Work closely with stakeholders in trading operations, client support, and commercial teams to ensure product-market fit and operational readiness Champion client-centric design and ensure platform accessibility and responsiveness across mobile, tablet, and desktop experiences Monitor industry trends, competitor platforms, and technological innovations to keep Equiti's platforms at the forefront of the market Skills & Competencies Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights Exceptional written and verbal communication; ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Highly organized, autonomous, and proactive, with a collaborative mindset Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Jira, Confluence, Postman, and Productboard Arabic speaker is a plus Experience Requirements 3+ years in product management or a closely related role, with proven experience delivering successful mobile and web trading platforms Strong knowledge of CFD trading, margin products, and global financial markets Demonstrated success in scaling trading or investment platforms across multiple geographies or client segments Deep understanding of trading infrastructure including pricing, execution, and order management systems Experience working closely with UX/UI teams and developers in Agile/Scrum environments Track record of using product analytics, A/B testing, and user feedback to drive continuous improvement Experience with third-party integrations including CRMs, KYC, funding systems, and data analytics platforms With energy, drive, and imagination, there’s no limit to where your career can go at Equiti.
