Product Marketing - Fuzz

Role Summary:

Raise is built on this core philosophy - we will bring exceptionally great products, awesome user experience and best in class customer service to our users. We have started with our first step by launching an Investment & Trading platform – Dhan (www.dhan.co) in November 2021.

As a Product Marketer at Dhan, you will drive the success of our AI portfolio by crafting compelling narratives, accelerating feature adoption, and ensuring consistent messaging across channels. You will play a key role in differentiating Dhan’s AI capabilities in a competitive fintech market, building a unified voice with external partners like cloud providers, and closing the feedback loop into Product. A strong focus on SEO and organic growth will also be critical as you help scale our AI-led initiatives for traders, investors, and enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Positioning & Messaging: Craft crisp, compelling messaging for each AI-driven feature or product.
• Go-To-Market Execution: Own the end-to-end launch process for new products and feature rollouts—internal enablement to external campaigns.
• Content Factory: Create and manage high-quality marketing assets like pitch decks, battle cards, one-pagers, blogs, demo videos, and explainer content.
• SEO & Growth Content: Own and execute the AI SEO roadmap including keyword gap analysis, on-page optimization, backlink strategies, and schema enhancements.
• Persona & Journey Mapping: Deeply understand the journeys of our key users—traders, investors, and enterprise partners—and map content and campaigns accordingly.
• Market & Competitive Intelligence: Stay on top of fintech + AI trends, publishing quarterly market briefs and win-loss insights.
• Analytics & Adoption: Measure and report on campaign ROI, user adoption of AI features, and brand impact using tools like GA, Amplitude, or Looker.
• Community & Thought Leadership: Drive visibility through AI events, co-authored cloud partner content, conferences, podcasts, and roundtables.
• Design key flows for all Raise AI products, including fuzz
• Extend/maintain a design system that works across Raise AI
• Conduct user tests with real users consistently
• Partner tightly with engineering for feasibility
• Own design QA to ensure shipped UI matches intent

What We’re Looking For

• Exceptional storytelling and copywriting skills, especially in finance + technology domains
• Experience in managing product launches with cross-functional teams
• Strong understanding of persona research and voice-of-customer interviews
• Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience in tools like Google Analytics, Amplitude, Looker, or similar
• Deep familiarity with SEO best practices, content optimization, and organic growth strategies in PLG environments
• Strong collaboration skills across Product, Engineering, Legal, and GTM teams
• Exposure to PLG SaaS motion and understanding of SEBI/RBI/AI regulatory frameworks
• Basic prompt engineering skills to build demos or internal tools
• Experience with PR, media, and analyst relations
• Maintains a personal content platform (e.g., blog, newsletter, LinkedIn presence)
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, or Marketing; MBA or Product Marketing certification is a plus
• Cloud/AI certifications like AWS Cloud Practitioner or Azure AI Fundamentals are desirable
• 2–3 years in B2B/B2C product marketing, including at least one successful AI or data-led product launch
• Minimum 1–2 years in fintech or tech marketing with a demonstrable GenAI project portfolio

Add-on

• Prior work on AI products (chat/search, agentic workflows, evidence-first UX)
• Data visualization / finance UI familiarity (portfolios, charts, filings, news)
