Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Vision: Develop and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives. Identify new opportunities and define key success metrics to measure product performance.
• Product Development Lifecycle: Lead end-to-end product management activities — from concept to launch and beyond. Translate business requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories. Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality releases on time.
• Market Research & Customer Insights: Conduct competitive analysis, user research, and data-driven evaluations to understand customer needs and market trends. Leverage feedback and analytics to continuously improve product experience and identify new growth opportunities.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align priorities, resolve dependencies, and ensure seamless execution. Communicate product updates, challenges, and timelines effectively to leadership and key stakeholders.
• Execution & Delivery: Own the product backlog and ensure timely grooming and prioritization. Balance short-term delivery goals with long-term strategic initiatives. Monitor product performance post-launch and iterate based on feedback and analytics.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 3-7 years of experience in product management, ideally in a fast-paced tech or product-driven organization.
• Strong understanding of product development lifecycle, agile methodologies, and stakeholder management.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into actionable product requirements.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making and metrics analysis.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence without authority.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, or similar product management platforms.
• Experience collaborating closely with engineering and design teams to deliver user-centric products.
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in B2B or B2C SaaS products, e-commerce, or technology startups.
• Exposure to A/B testing, product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics), and customer feedback systems.
• Understanding of UI/UX principles and ability to evaluate design quality.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to see both the big picture and execution details.
