Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the product roadmap for fintech offerings (payments, wallets, lending, wealth, or related domains).
• Drive end-to-end product lifecycle: from discovery, requirement gathering, and design ? to launch, adoption, and iteration.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, compliance, and business teams to build customer-centric products.
• Ensure products are compliant with financial regulations and industry standards.
• Leverage customer insights, data, and market research to make informed product decisions.
• Establish and track KPIs to measure product performance and continuously optimize.
• Stay ahead of fintech trends, competitor moves, and emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, open banking, etc.).
  

What We're Looking For

• Experience: 48 years of product management experience, with at least 2+ years in fintech/financial services.
• Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of payments, banking systems, lending, or wealth management.
• Skills:
• Data-driven decision-making and analytical mindset.
• Strong execution ability with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bonus Points:
• Exposure to regulatory environments (RBI, SEBI, PCI-DSS, etc.).
• Hands-on with tools like Jira, Mixpanel, Clevertap, SQL, or BI dashboards.
• Experience launching fintech products at scale.
