About The Role
We’re looking for a creative
Video Content Creator
who can help us conceptualize, shoot, and edit short-form video content for social media platforms. The role demands curiosity, speed, and an eye for storytelling in the vertical-video era.
What You’ll Do
- Research and ideate content ideas around business, work culture, and people stories.
- Script, shoot, and edit short-form videos (Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn clips, etc.).
- Add captions, transitions, sound effects, and basic motion graphics for polished delivery.
- Stay updated with social media trends, formats, and viral hooks.
- Collaborate with writers, marketing, and talent teams to align on tone and messaging.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience (or strong interest) in shooting and editing videos using tools
- Good understanding of storytelling, pacing, and audience engagement.
- Familiarity with social platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X).
- A creative eye for framing, composition, and music sync.
- Self-starter mindset — able to turn rough ideas into publish-ready content quickly.
Nice to Have
- Comfort in front of the camera or the ability to direct others.
- Knowledge of AI-based tools for editing, subtitling, or enhancement.
