About The Role
We’re looking for a driven and curious
Human Resource Intern
to support end-to-end hiring activities across multiple business functions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys research, people interactions, and fast-paced learning in the world of recruiting and HR.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with sourcing and shortlisting candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and talent databases.
- Coordinate interview schedules and maintain candidate communication throughout the process.
- Support the creation and posting of job descriptions across platforms.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers, reports, and dashboards.
- Conduct basic talent market research and competitor mapping.
- Onboard employees, research on best practices across industry
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives (social content, outreach, etc.) when required.
What We’re Looking For
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (preferably in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field).
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Comfort with tools like Google Sheets, LinkedIn, and Excel.
- Eagerness to learn and take ownership of real-world recruiting and people centric projects.
