Role & Responsibilities Design, run, and analyze A/B tests and experiments to validate product hypotheses and quantify impact on key metrics. Own product metrics (activation, retention, conversion, churn) and deliver regular dashboarding and cohort analyses to stakeholders. Write performant SQL to extract, transform, and validate event-level and user-level data for ad-hoc investigations and recurring reports. Collaborate with PMs, Engineers, and Data teams to define instrumentation requirements and maintain data quality across tracking pipelines. Build and maintain self-serve BI dashboards and visualizations to surface trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities across the product funnel. Translate complex analyses into concise recommendations and prioritized next steps for product roadmaps and go-to-market initiatives.
