Our WIS (Workforce Intelligence System) platform powers employee transport programs for some of the world’s largest companies, ensuring seamless routing, optimization, automation, and productivity.We are expanding our product team and looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive strategic product initiatives, shape our roadmap, and deliver high-impact solutions across our WIS ecosystem.
Role Overview
As a Product Manager, you will own end-to-end product strategy, vision, and execution for key components of the WIS platform. You will work closely with engineering, design, data science, operations, and customer teams to deliver products that solve real customer problems and scale globally.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap
Own and articulate the product vision and strategy for the WIS platform.Build and manage the product roadmap aligned to customer needs and business goals.Identify market trends, customer challenges, and industry best practices to shape product direction.
Execution & Delivery
Translate high-level ideas into clear product requirements, user stories, and PRDs.Drive product development cycles in collaboration with engineering and design teams.Ensure on-time, high-quality delivery of product releases.
Customer & Stakeholder Management
Engage with enterprise customers, users, and internal teams to gather insights and define problems.Prioritize feature requests and enhancements based on data, urgency, and business impact.Work with cross-functional teams (CS, Ops, Sales, Tech) to ensure smooth rollouts and adoption.
Data-Driven Decision Making
Leverage analytics, user behavior, A/B tests, and metrics to guide product decisions.Define and track KPIs for product adoption, performance, and success.
Leadership & Collaboration
Mentor junior PMs and contribute to building a strong product-led culture.Lead product discussions at leadership forums and influence decision-making.
Required Qualifications
3- 4 years of total experience in core product management.Strong experience building and scaling B2B or SaaS products (transportation, logistics, or operations tech is a plus)Demonstrated ability to define and ship complex, high-impact features end-to-end.Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret data and convert insights into decisions.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.Experience writing detailed PRDs, user stories, and working in agile environments.Technical understanding of APIs, data flows, and systems is preferred.
Good to Have
Prior experience in mobility, routing, transport automation, or workforce management tech.Experience working with global enterprise clients.Knowledge of AI/ML-driven product solutions.Ability to handle large, ambiguous problem statements with structured thinking.
