Beyond digital therapeutics, Tap Health’s Health Assistant assists users in primary symptom diagnosis based on their inputs and provides instant health advice through a seamless, voice-first experience. www.tap.health Role Overview: Product Manager – Growth We are looking for a Product Manager – Growth to drive the expansion of our user base and ensure our product delivers value at scale. In this role, you will focus roughly 70% on user acquisition and growth funnels – managing campaigns, optimising conversion and forging partnerships – and 30% on retention, engagement, and monetisation strategies to maximise user lifetime value. You’ll work at the intersection of product, marketing, and data, using creativity and analytics to accelerate our growth. Key Responsibilities Drive User Acquisition: Plan and optimise multi-channel campaigns (SEO/SEM, content, social, referrals) to grow Tap Health’s user base and expand reach. Own Growth Funnels: Improve the full user journey from awareness to activation. Analyse funnel metrics, identify drop-offs, and implement conversion improvements. Optimise Conversion: Collaborate with design and engineering to refine onboarding, landing pages, and in-app flows. Run A/B tests to boost key metrics like signups and activation. Automate Engagement: Set up AI-powered automation (email, push, in-app) to nurture leads, increase activation, and improve retention at scale. Grow Through Partnerships: Support and manage strategic growth partnerships (doctors, wellness platforms, employers) to drive new user acquisition. Retention & Monetisation: Analyse cohorts, reduce churn, and contribute to pricing, subscription flows, and user engagement strategies that grow lifetime value. Cross-Functional Execution: Work closely with marketing, product, design, and analytics to align campaigns with product initiatives and growth goals. Experiment & Iterate: Stay current on growth trends and AI tools. Propose and test new ideas rapidly, learning from data to refine Tap Health’s growth playbook. Qualifications & Skills 1–3 years of experience in product, growth, or marketing roles, ideally in B2C, D2C, or digital health startups. Strong grasp of growth funnels, digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social, email), and user acquisition strategies. Comfortable with data analysis, A/B testing, funnel metrics, and tools like GA, Mixpanel, or Amplitude. Experience or interest in AI-driven marketing automation (e.g., personalisation, predictive campaigns). Basic understanding of UX and product flows to drive conversion and retention. Strong ownership mindset, clear communication skills, and ability to thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional teams. Show more Show less
