Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Product Manager. The Product Manager will lead the development and execution of product strategies, align stakeholders, prioritize product goals, and ensure successful product delivery. Responsibilities include identifying market opportunities, defining product roadmaps, collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing product lifecycles, and tracking performance metrics to refine offerings. The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to driving user-centric innovation.

Qualifications

• Product management experience including strategic planning, roadmap development, and lifecycle management
• Skills in stakeholder communication, team collaboration, and leadership across cross-functional teams
• Market analysis, research abilities, and data-driven decision-making
• Experience in Agile methodologies, project management, and meeting deadlines effectively
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Trello, Confluence, or similar product management platforms
• Familiarity with the startup ecosystem and innovation-driven environments
• Relevant bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent; an MBA is a plus but not mandatory
