🚀 We’re Hiring: Sr. Manager / AGM – Consumer Health Products 📍 Location: Gurugram 📅 Experience: 8–10 Years in Product Management 🎓 Qualification: MBA/PGDM in Marketing 🧩 Key Responsibilities Develop and execute product strategy and lifecycle plans for consumer health packages. Conduct market research and customer segmentation to launch differentiated offerings (e.g., lifestyle, age, occupation-based packages). Lead new product development, pricing, positioning, and GTM execution. Ensure revenue targets through adoption across COCO & FOFO channels in collaboration with Sales & Ops teams. Perform regular field visits (8–10 days/month) to gain customer insights and refine offerings. Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and IT for smooth product deployment and delivery. Use data analytics and BI tools to support decisions and improve outcomes. 🧠 Who We’re Looking For 8–10 years of experience in product management, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or diagnostics. Proven success in revenue ownership, market analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in MS Office Suite and BI tools.
