Job Description

Role: Product Manager We’re seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented Product Manager with a strong grasp of financial markets, trading, and derivatives. You’ll own the end-to-end product lifecycle, acting as the bridge between clients and internal teams to deliver high-impact solutions for high-performance trading environments. Key Responsibilities: Own the full product lifecycle: ideation, requirements, delivery, testing, and enhancements. Interface with clients (trading desks, risk teams) and internal teams (engineering, QA, design). Translate complex trading workflows into clear product requirements and user stories. Define product vision, roadmap, and release plans aligned with business goals. Draft detailed PRDs and validate features against user expectations. Collaborate with QA to ensure robust testing and high product quality. Manage client feedback, support, and issue resolution. Monitor market trends, regulations, and competitors to inform strategy. Track KPIs and success metrics with internal stakeholders. Requirements: 0–2 years of experience in trading or risk management within the trading and broking domain. Solid understanding of trading, derivatives (esp. equity derivatives), and risk workflows. Familiarity with order management systems and market microstructure. Experience in agile environments and working with cross-functional teams. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficient with tools like JIRA, Confluence; Python/SQL knowledge is a plus. Prior client-facing product experience preferred. Bonus Points: Experience with APIs, FIX protocol, or algo trading systems. Familiarity with SEBI/Exchange regulations. Exposure to low-latency trading or market data platforms. Show more Show less
