Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with around 5 years of proven expertise in independently writing and defining product specifications without relying on a dedicated product team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving product initiatives from concept to launch, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring the delivery of user-centric solutions that align with business goals.

Independently gather requirements, analyze customer needs, and translate them into clear and actionable product specifications.

Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap while aligning with organizational priorities.

Own end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation, planning, execution, to release and iteration.

Collaborate closely with engineering, design, sales, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and successful product delivery.

Write detailed product requirement documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria without direct assistance from a product team.

Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback sessions to inform product decisions.

Track product performance using metrics and KPIs, iterating based on data-driven insights.

Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical feasibility.

Act as the voice of the customer, advocating for user needs throughout the product development cycle.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role.

Strong experience in independently writing and defining product specifications and requirements.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results under tight timelines.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Hands-on experience with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or equivalent).

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
