Product Manager

Key Responsibilities

· Understand customer experience and identify opportunities to improve it.

· Generate new ideas to expand market share, drive growth, and address product gaps.

· Define product vision, roadmap, pricing, and positioning strategies.

· Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, and prototypes.

· Prioritize features and initiatives based on business impact and customer needs.

· Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery and resource optimization.

· Manage end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to launch.

· Drive product launches with internal teams, PR, and key stakeholders.

· Evaluate marketing and promotional plans to ensure alignment with product strategy.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Proven experience as a Product Manager / Associate Product Manager.

· Strong track record in managing products through their complete lifecycle.

· Ability to craft product and marketing strategies and communicate with leadership.

· Technical background with knowledge of software development & web technologies.

· Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and execution skills.

· Strong collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork in a matrix environment.

· Exceptional written and verbal communication.

· Education: B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
