Product Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Product Manager to join our team and drive the end-to-end success of our products. You will be responsible for defining the product vision, developing strategies, and ensuring seamless execution to deliver innovative solutions that align with customer needs and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback collection to identify opportunities.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, and sales) to deliver high-quality products.
• Prioritize features, manage the product backlog, and ensure timely delivery of releases.
• Define success metrics and track product performance pre- and post-launch.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align product goals with overall business objectives.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business (MBA preferred).
• Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.

Pay: ₹15,804.34 - ₹25,000.00 per month
