Job Description

Position: Product Manager

Location: Gurugram

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Experience Required: 4+ years

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute product roadmap aligned with company vision and customer needs.
Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and customer success to deliver impactful features.
Gather and analyze customer feedback, usage data, and market trends to inform product decisions.
Write detailed product requirements and user stories that clearly articulate functionality and business value.
Drive agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives) and ensure timely delivery.
Partner with sales and customer success to support go-to-market strategies, training, and enablement.
Measure and analyze product performance, iterating based on data and feedback.
Ensure exceptional user experience and consistency across the platform.

Requirements

4–7 years of experience in product management, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
Strong understanding of SaaS business models, metrics (e.g. churn, LTV, CAC), and customer journeys.
Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and influence without authority.
Technical fluency – ability to understand and discuss APIs, data models, and integrations.
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Notion).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Passion for solving real-world problems with scalable, user-friendly solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in [specific industry vertical, e.g., fintech, HR tech, supply chain, etc.].
Familiarity with tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, Figma, or Productboard.
Background in computer science, engineering, or design is a plus.
