Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a strategic and customer-focused Product Manager to lead the development and lifecycle of our products. You will own the product roadmap, gather and prioritize customer and market requirements, and work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver products that meet business goals and delight users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market research, customer feedback, and business objectives.
  • Gather, analyze, and prioritize product requirements from customers, stakeholders, and market trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, UX/UI design, marketing, and sales to ensure timely delivery of product features and releases.
  • Develop user stories, product specifications, and acceptance criteria.
  • Monitor product performance and customer feedback post-launch, driving continuous improvement.
  • Manage product backlog and sprint planning in Agile development environments.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and identify opportunities for product differentiation and growth.
  • Communicate product plans, progress, and results to executives and stakeholders.
  • Drive go-to-market strategies including pricing, positioning, and launch activities.
  • Advocate for the customer experience and act as the voice of the user throughout the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. MBA is a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or in a related role.
  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.).
  • Customer-centric mindset with ability to balance business, technical, and user needs.

Preferred:

  • Experience in [specific industry e.g., SaaS, fintech, healthcare].
  • Technical background or experience working closely with engineering teams.
  • Knowledge of UX/UI design principles.
  • Familiarity with product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Amplitude).
