Role Summary

Mid-Level Product Manager

Key Responsibilities

Product Ownership & Development

• Drive product initiatives from ideation through release, including storyboarding, writing detailed user stories, defining product requirements, and setting clear acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with design teams to create high-fidelity mock-ups and prototypes to communicate product concepts.
• Work closely with engineering to translate requirements into technical execution, anticipate roadblocks, and provide timely clarifications.
• Maintain and contribute to the product roadmap (Now–Next–Later), aligning with business strategy and user feedback.
• Use Agile tools (e.g., JIRA) to support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and progress tracking.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Serve as a key liaison between product, engineering, support, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and execution.
• Contribute to internal documentation and knowledge sharing to enhance team efficiency and reduce miscommunication.
• Support go-to-market planning and coordinate activities for product launches.

Qualifications

• Total IT experience should be

  3–5 years

  in core product management, preferably within a

  SaaS

  environment.
• Hands-on experience managing

  2–3 full product lifecycles

  .
• Familiarity with

  Agile/Scrum

  development methodologies.
• Strong expertise in writing user stories, product specs, and acceptance criteria.
• Proficiency with

  JIRA, Confluence

  , or similar tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.

• Above 65%

  in all academics;

  MBA preferred
