As the Creative Director, you will own the brand’s storytelling, design aesthetics, and content strategy to deliver impactful campaigns and seamless brand experiences. Key Responsibilities Brand Strategy & Identity: Define and evolve the brand’s visual and narrative identity across digital and offline channels. Campaign Development: Conceptualize and execute innovative campaigns (launches, seasonal, influencer collaborations, etc.) for D2C and B2C markets. Creative Leadership: Lead and mentor an in-house creative team of designers, copywriters, and content creators. Content Oversight: Oversee production of photoshoots, videos, and digital content ensuring alignment with brand values. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and e-commerce teams to ensure creative consistency and ROI-driven campaigns. Trend & Consumer Insights: Stay ahead of design, cultural, and industry trends to ensure fresh, relevant creative ideas. Performance-Driven Creativity: Balance creative excellence with measurable business goals and KPIs. Requirements 3 years of experience in creative roles (fashion, FMCG, retail, or similar consumer-facing industries). Strong portfolio showcasing innovative campaigns and brand storytelling. Proven experience in managing creative teams and external agencies. Hands-on expertise in digital-first brand building for D2C and B2C models. Deep understanding of consumer psychology, market trends, and competitive landscape. Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
